2024 Sponsorship Information
UC San Diego's Campus LISA has a 20+ year history of bringing together technologists from IT Services, Health IT, and academic IT units for education, idea sharing, and networking. Our community includes some 1,800 people who specialize in system administration, networking and communications, software engineering and development, classroom and educational technology, research IT, analytics and business intelligence, and much, much more.

- One stand-alone email blast to mailing list (approximately 1,800 people) with logo, one contact name and email address, and 50-75 word description (sent by Campus LISA with Campus LISA header to mailing list)
- One 2-minute intro by rep at the beginning of one webinar; verbal acknowledgment at other sessions
- 60-second intro (by your rep) at in-person gathering*
- 2 attendees at in-person gathering; booth or table opportunity depending on setup*
- Verbal acknowledgement at beginning of each webinar
- Logo (with link) and 1 contact person and email address at bottom of conference email blasts

*Details of the on-campus gathering are still pending. Therefore, what we can offer may change; for example, we're not yet sure if our venue supports audio or would have room for tables or booths.

Sponsorship is considered a tax-deductible gift to the University. Because of our current fundraising campaign, all gift fees are waived by the university, and 100% of your sponsorship will go directly to fund programming for the Campus LISA conference. You will receive a gift letter and documentation for tax purposes.
