A Clinical Data Mesh for Quality Improvement and Research in Healthcare

We will describe the advantages of using a data mesh architecture in Healthcare. We will show how creating Patient Registries and making them available within UCSD governed Virtual Research Desktops, provides a straightforward way for clinicians and researchers to analyze populations, gather insights and create specific cohorts for further investigation. Utilizing a data mesh enables a wide range of researchers to find, analyze, and collaborate on patient data.
